Fantastic pics! The photo of Angor Wat is my favorite!
These are great choices for wonders of the world, but there are all kinds of wonders. We invite you to take a look at our selections of the Urban Wonders of the World which you may vote for at UCityGuides.com:
Not sure about Bali’s rating, but the rest look pretty good selections to me. Petra, the Easter Island statues and some of the cathedrals in Europe must have been close to making the list.
Breathtaking!!!
great pics – thanks for sharing! twittered the link as a source of inspiration.
Fabulous photos – i have seen some and have others on my want-to-see list!
check out my Friday-photos and Christchurch photos on my blog :)
We have been to 5 of the 10! Not too shabby.I have to read more about Karnak and Teotihuacan. I didn’t even know about these sights. The things you learn from other travelers:)
What a great post. I was only aware of about four of them, the ones I visited:). Truly wonderful. I need to get over to Asia!
Stunning. I found it surprising that the Coliseum or Masada were not on the list – but then again, which would i remove?
Machu Picchu has been a fascination of mine since i was first introduced to Neruda’s poetry.
What happened to Greece? Surprised the Parthenon in Athens is not on the list. Also surprised that the Sphinx isn’t on the list as well. The Great Wall of China is something to see and to walk; great workout :)
I’ve been to one of those – Angkor Wat. The others are on my list though so I will get to them soon. There are just so many places in the world to see. I’d better get out there and see these other ones soon.
these were cool!
I liked them .
I have been to most of them and would be goin to the rest later.
they are really breathtaking!!!
